Don't be spooked by royal icing! This virtual cookie class class is full of tips + tricks to teach you how to create the spookiest pumpkin cookies.

Cutting Tip-less Piping Bags: Tip-less piping bags are the gold-standard for a reason. They're cheap, disposable and require zero cleanup - but, cutting them properly is a crucial step that can make or break your piping skills.
This class includes a tutorial on how to cut your piping bags to ensure straight lines and even piping - with ease!
Detailed Designs - without a projector! We’ll use the following ‘low-tech’ methods to achieve our ‘spooky’ faces with precision:
Royal icing transfer technique (transfer template included!)
Tissue paper transfer method (supply list with links included!)
Single consistency decorating: With the exception of the black piping consistency icing for our spooky faces - this class uses only one icing consistency for outlining + flooding our pumpkins - HYBRID consistency.
Makes prep quicker and our pumpkins nice and puffy!
One bowl color mixing: Mixing icing colors is an importantstep in the process - that you don't often get to see.
I spend the first five minutes of class demonstrating how I mix colors in one bowl (without washing the bowl in between colors).This method cuts down on time, cleanup - and helps us build on our 4 basic gel colors.
