How can I place an order?
Please submit an order request through the website. I will respond within 48 hours to confirm availability. Please check spam folders!
If I am available for your date, I will send an invoice. Full payment is required to reserve your order.
Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. Dates cannot be held without payment.
How far in advance should I order?
Printed Logo Cookies can be ordered with 5 business days’ notice.
Custom orders tend to book up 2-4 weeks in advance. During busy holiday months, customs book up to 2 months out.
I don’t live in Atlanta. Do you ship?
I do not ship cookies at this time.
If you are traveling to Atlanta for business or a personal celebration, I offer N. Buckhead pickup, Uber Courier, or local delivery options.
How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is freshly baked and decorated. They are individually wrapped and heat sealed in cellophane bags, with a QR coded sticker that links to our ingredients label.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Sealed cookies maintain freshness for up to 2 weeks.
If you do not plan on consuming cookies within 2-3 days after pickup, I recommend freezing them! A Cookie Care Card is included with your order.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
Our cookies contain butter (dairy), eggs, and wheat (gluten). They do not contain nuts.
We cannot accommodate allergies. We do not offer gluten-free, egg-free or vegan cookies. Cookies are not produced in a nut-free kitchen.
What if my event gets cancelled and I no longer need cookies?
Once payment is received, no refunds will be provided, unless it is due to a circumstance directly or indirectly caused by Butterfly Bakes.
In some cases such as extreme weather, illness or death, we may apply your payment to a future order. It is the sole discretion of Butterfly Bakes to apply payments to future orders.
